RICE BOODLE

FANTASTIC   DISH   USING   RICE   NOODLES


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

 
1. RICE NOODLE (AS REQUIRED)
2.CORIANDER  POWDER 
3.  MIRCHI POWDER
4.  SALT
5. HOT WATER
6.  TOMATO SAUCE 
7. SOYA SAUCE
8. BEANS
9. OIL
10. CARROT


HOW TO PREPARE RICE NOODLE ...............................


TAKE RICE POWDER, PUT A PINCH OF SALT , MIX IT WITH HOT BOILED WATER TO MAKE THE DOUGH. PREPARE THE NOODLES AND PUT IT IN THE IDLI COOKER AND COOK IT FOR 5 MINUTES . AFTER COOKING, KEEP IT ASIDE..............


                                TAKE FRYING PAN AND POUR A LITTLE OIL , WHEN THE OIL IS HOT CUT THE BEANS AND  CARROT AND PUT IT IN THE HOT OIL... STIR IT WELL AND COOK IT FOR 5 MINUTES........  ADD A PINCH OF SALT , CORIANDER POWDER AND MIRCHI POWDER  AND ALLOW IT TO FRY ..... 

WHEN IT IS COOKED WELL STIR IT THOROUGHLY AND POUR TWO TEASPOON  OF TOMATO SAUCE AND A HALF TEASPOON OF SOYA SAUCE... AND ALLOW IT TO FORM A SAUCY  MIXTURE....................

                     SWITCH OFF THE GAS .. ADD THE STEAMED RICE NOODLE TO THIS SAUCY MIXTURE AND  MIX IT WELL......................................

 NOW , YOUR HOT SAUCY RICE BOODLE IS READY AND IF YOU LIKE THE TASTE OF CAPSICUM .... ADD CAPSICUM TO THE VEGETABLES.. YOU CAN ALSO ADD ANY VEGETABLE YOU LIKE .

PUDDING

TEA CAKE PUDDING 


INGREDIENTS:



1. TEA CAKE - 1
2. PINEAPPLE - 1
3. ORANGE - 1
4. CUSTARD POWDER - 3 TABLE SPOON
5. POMEGRANATE - 1
6. CHERRY - 10
7. MILK- 1 CUP
8. SUGAR -3 TABLE SPOON









METHOD

 Prepare a custard and keep it aside.(take a required quantity of water and add three table spoon of custard powder and water.mix thoroughly so that no lumps is found. boil the milk and add this custard powder prepared  into the boiling milk . stir it thoroughly in low flame add sugar and stir it . cool the custard for 1 hour)......................... 





Cut a thin slice of tea cake. keep it on a plate. Spread the custard over the cake. Spread the pineapple pieces over it.





 Keep one more slice of tea cake and spread the orange slices over it. Cover it with again a slice of cake, spread the custard over it .










 Spread the pomegranate seeds and the cherries to decorate it.

 
 











Again freeze the pudding for half an hour . SO your pudding is ready to serve. Cut into small pieces with all the layers in each piece and serve it. Its a good stuff for 4 o' clock . your child will enjoy it and also its easy to prepare.

GREEN GRAM LADDU


INGREDIANTS



  1. GREEN GRAM  - HALF KG.
  2. JAGGERY     - ONE FOURTH KG.
  3. CARDAMON    - 4 PIECES
  4. RICE POWDER OR MAIDA - ONE FOURTH KG.
  5. VEGETABLE OIL - FOR FRYING APPROX.HALF KG.
  6. SALT         - ONE PINCH 

METHOD: 

   
 COOK THE GREENGRAM IN PRESSURE COOKER WITH A PINCH OF SALT. .TAKE JAGGERY AND MAKE IT POWDER AND MIX IT WITH THE COOKED GRAM,CARDAMON AND MAKE IT IN THE FORM OF LADDU.


NOW MIX THE RICE POWDER OR MAIDA WITH WATER,CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF BHAJIA DOUGH,HEAT THE OIL AND DIP THE LADDUS IN THE DOUGH PREPARED AND FRY IT AND NOW TRY IT , IT WILL BE TASTIER AND HEALTHIER AND GOOD FOR KIDS COMING BACK FROM SCHOOL.



 JUST MAKE AND SERVE THEM THEY'LL LOVE IT. MOST IMPORTANT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE TIME CONCUMPTION IN THE PREPARATION,IT'S SIMPLER AND EASIER ANDABOVE ALL HEALTHEIR. THANKS

BONELESS BEEF CHAT

BONELESS BEEF CHAT

 

INGREDIANTS REQUIRED




  1.  BONELESS BEEF - HALF KG.
  2. TURMERIC POWDER -HALF TEASPOON
  3. SALT  - AS NECESSARY
  4. PEPPER POWDER - HALF TEASPOON
  5. CHOPPED TOMATOES - 2
  6. CHOPPED ONIONS - 2 BIG ONES
  7. CHAT MASALA - 1 TEASPOON
  8. GREEN CHILLIES - 3 ( AS PER THE REQUIRED TASTE)
  9. CURD - 1 CUP
  10. VEGETABLE OIL - 3 BIG TABLESPOON
  11. CORIANDER LEAVES - HALF CUP
  12. TOMATO SAUCE
  13. LEMON - 1
   

PROCESS OF PREPARATION :

Cut the beef into small pieces , marinate these pieces with salt, curd, turmeric and pepper powder for  1 hour.




 After one hour  fry these pieces in the vegetable oil and move it aside.




Take a plate, put the chopped coriander leaves a bit . Arrange the fried beef pieces on it. Pour the tomato sauce over it , put the chopped onions and the tomato pieces , garnish it with the coriander leaves and lemon juice.

PLANTAIN CAKE



Plantain leaf cake


INGREDIENTS


1. Rice flour -1cup
2. Grated Jaggery - half cup
3. Grated Coconut ( half cup)
4. Water
5. Salt - pinch
6. Plantain leaves 

NOW WE ARE READY TO PREPARE ,THE MOST DELICIOUS PLANTAIN LEAF CAKE

  • MIX ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS (1-5) WITH WATER TO FORM A DOUGH WHICH SHOULD BE SOFTER THAN PURI DOUGH.
  • TAKE THE PLANTAIN LEAF MAKE IT INTO PIECES.
  • TAKE A SMALL BOWL WITH LITTLE WATER IN IT.
  • CLEAN THE PLANTAIN LEAF FIRST.
  • TAKE ONE PIECE OF LEAF AND TAKE A SMALL QUANTITY OF DOUGH AND SPREAD IT OVER THE PLANTAIN LEAF AND FOLD THE LEAF.
  • MAKE  SUFFICIENT PIECES OF FOLDS LIKE THE ABOVE SAID AND KEEP ASIDE.
  • TAKE IDLI COOKER OR STEAM OVEN AND PLACE THESE FOLDS IN IT.
  • COOK FOR 15 MINUTES AND LEAVE IT FOR 10 MINUTES TO COOL DOWN.OPEN THE COOKER AND SERVE IT . YOUR PLANTAIN LEAF CAKE IS READY.  

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT DISH FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES, HEALTHIER BESIDE THE OILY ONES.KIDS WILL LOVE IT. TO CHANGE THE TASTE YOU CAN CHANGE THE FLOUR FROM RICE TO WHEAT OR RAGGI  OR YOU CAN EVEN MIX ALL THE THREE.JUST TRY IT YOUR KIDS WILL BE HAPPY  AND ALSO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. THANK YOU
