TEA CAKE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:

1. TEA CAKE - 1
2. PINEAPPLE - 1
3. ORANGE - 1
4. CUSTARD POWDER - 3 TABLE SPOON
5. POMEGRANATE - 1
6. CHERRY - 10
7. MILK- 1 CUP
8. SUGAR -3 TABLE SPOON
METHOD
Prepare a custard and keep it aside.(take a required quantity of water and add three table spoon of custard powder and water.mix thoroughly so that no lumps is found. boil the milk and add this custard powder prepared into the boiling milk . stir it thoroughly in low flame add sugar and stir it . cool the custard for 1 hour).........................Cut a thin slice of tea cake. keep it on a plate. Spread the custard over the cake. Spread the pineapple pieces over it.
Keep one more slice of tea cake and spread the orange slices over it. Cover it with again a slice of cake, spread the custard over it .
Spread the pomegranate seeds and the cherries to decorate it.


Again freeze the pudding for half an hour . SO your pudding is ready to serve. Cut into small pieces with all the layers in each piece and serve it. Its a good stuff for 4 o' clock . your child will enjoy it and also its easy to prepare.
