GREEN GRAM LADDU


INGREDIANTS



  1. GREEN GRAM  - HALF KG.
  2. JAGGERY     - ONE FOURTH KG.
  3. CARDAMON    - 4 PIECES
  4. RICE POWDER OR MAIDA - ONE FOURTH KG.
  5. VEGETABLE OIL - FOR FRYING APPROX.HALF KG.
  6. SALT         - ONE PINCH 

METHOD: 

   
 COOK THE GREENGRAM IN PRESSURE COOKER WITH A PINCH OF SALT. .TAKE JAGGERY AND MAKE IT POWDER AND MIX IT WITH THE COOKED GRAM,CARDAMON AND MAKE IT IN THE FORM OF LADDU.


NOW MIX THE RICE POWDER OR MAIDA WITH WATER,CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF BHAJIA DOUGH,HEAT THE OIL AND DIP THE LADDUS IN THE DOUGH PREPARED AND FRY IT AND NOW TRY IT , IT WILL BE TASTIER AND HEALTHIER AND GOOD FOR KIDS COMING BACK FROM SCHOOL.



 JUST MAKE AND SERVE THEM THEY'LL LOVE IT. MOST IMPORTANT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE TIME CONCUMPTION IN THE PREPARATION,IT'S SIMPLER AND EASIER ANDABOVE ALL HEALTHEIR. THANKS
